Inverawe Smokehouse is different, in that it follows an age-old, traditional way of smoking. This time-hounoured method allows the fish to gently take up the gorgeous smokey aroma in its own unhurried time, giving the most delicous full-bodied oak-smoked flavour that is so distinctive of Inverawe.
Robert and Rosie Campbell-Preston started the business in 1974. Over the years the Smokery has grown into a thriving business. At the same time, they have had all the fun bringing up a wonderful family, of which the second generation joined the company this April.
Situated on the West coast of Scotland, 80 miles north of Glasgow Inverawe offers a 'true taste of the Highlands' worldwide.
